Norman Clifford
Died September 2004 in Hospital Plymouth
He was my Step granddad but we had a good grandson and granddad relationship and spoke regular on the phone.
He lived in a flat and had a great carer Carol who lived in the same block of flats.
He had a few children in Conrad and Ian (Ian was married to my mother) however he had very little to do with his sons but had contact with Me Wayne and My Mother Maureen.
He liked his drink and ladies (like any other man) and up to a few weeks before his death he worked on the door at his local and was called Norman the Doorman.
To Grandad Norman
God saw u getting tired & a cure was not to be So he put his arms around u & whispered come with me. With tearful eyes we watched u pass away. Although we love u dearly, we could not make u stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, he, only takes the BEST.
